What do I need to set up at the event?
Nothing technical. You just display the QR code — printed on a sign, on a screen, or on table cards. Guests do the rest on their own phones. No equipment to bring, no technician needed on-site.
Do guests need to download an app?
No app required. Everything runs in the mobile browser — guests scan the QR code and the experience opens instantly on any iPhone or Android device.
How many guests can use it at the same time?
Unlimited. Because every guest uses their own phone, there's no queue and no bottleneck. 10 guests or 1,000 — the system handles it simultaneously.
How long does each portrait take?
Around 15 seconds from selfie to finished portrait. Guests stay on their phone, see the transformation happen live, and can download or share right away.
Can I choose which AI styles are available at my event?
Yes. Before the event you log into the Event Care Manager dashboard and select which styles guests can pick from — out of 141 available. You can also request custom styles built around your brand.
Can I add my logo or brand to the portraits?
Absolutely. Your logo appears on the branded welcome screen, and optionally as a watermark on every generated portrait. You can also add a custom event hashtag to each image.
How do guests get their photos?
The finished portrait appears directly on their phone the moment it's ready. They can download it, share it to Instagram, TikTok, or send via text — all from the same screen, instantly.
Where do all the photos go after the event?

Is guest data safe and privacy-compliant?
Yes. All data is processed on servers in Germany and the system is built with GDPR and CCPA compliance in mind. Built-in consent flows handle opt-ins at the point of use. Lead data can be exported as CSV for your CRM.
Do you offer white-label for agencies?
Yes. The experience can run entirely under your own brand — custom domain, your logo, no JaDeBe branding. Contact us to discuss agency and reseller arrangements.
